Entity Framework - ContextBuilder Namespace

Where is EntityConfiguration in RTF RTF RTF?

I apologize if this seems like a dumb question.

I am trying to use ContextBuilderClass to create my Context. I can't find the correct assembly and namespace to use it though.

Just for reference. I am in the full installation of VS 2010 Pro.
