How to create a window with black rounded corners in cocoa

How to create rounded corners of a black window in cocoa? Is it standard and can be created IB? Can someone give an example?

You can create an NSPanel from the IB standard library. It is dark gray and translucent (although not black), and has rounded corners.

In the library, this is called the HUD Window.
