How can I make a Windows Forms application listen for global keystrokes?

Question

I am making a small note taking application. Therefore, when I print a “note” somewhere on my computer, my window will appear and show me a text box to enter something and save it in XML.

I am puzzled by how to make the program "listen" to my keystrokes. If this helps, the application will be launched on the system tray. :)
