Disable scrolling in iframe

Question

Is there a way to disable scrolling together in an iframe?

I have an iframe where the content is larger than the iframe, setting the scroll = no only removes the scroll bars but doesn't disable the scroll.

I have no control over the iframe-html header, so I cannot configure it.

Any ideas?

Have you looked at the css overflow property? hidden meaning can help do what you want. Why do you want to hide it? In most cases, I see that this is due to poor SEO or trying to hide other information from the user.

Perhaps you can mask the keys commonly used for scrolling with javascript and stop their normal behavior?
