Is there any css validator with CSS3 support and vendor specific support?

I want to see a problem other than CSS 3 and manufacturer-related extension related errors.

And is there any better xhtml css validator than W3C?

You can select CSS Level 3 under Advanced Options> Profile W3C CSS Validator .

Although this does not help with specific provider errors. There seems to be no intention of supporting them in the W3C validator .
