Html formatting

I have some simple lists and bold / italic text for shrimp formatting. How to get a shrimp to pay attention to html tags, and not just display them explicitly.

If the shrimp cannot do this, what are my other options?

Native formatting has been fully restored in the Prawn development version.

You can use the code for the stable branch (0.9.x) for stability or the main track, where we simply combined the built-in style support for the tables. See Notes at:

According to Change Change Log :

We planned to write the necessary steps to get the shrimp back into the crease, but instead we are working on a replacement that will be supported in the kernel. More on what will happen shortly.

You might want to create a problem on your github page to find out a roadmap for this feature.

There was http://github.com/sandal/prawn-format for this, but now it is deprecated and not supported.

As of Prawn 0.7, prawn-format is completely unsupported, and will not work with versions of Prawn 0.7+. Feel free to fork and fix, of course.
