What is a shortcut to clear the ASP.NET Temporary Files folder before starting the application?

The problem is while running my code, I always go over my old javascript files on VS.2010. I think its cause is the Temporary ASP.NET Files folder.

How can I empty the temp folder when I click on F5 ?

You can perform the pre / post-build action (if available) that will do the job.
