What are some of the best automated QA tools on the web?

We have a series of websites created in ASP.NET that we often deploy. Due to the lack of a QA team, we cannot verify the functionality and loading of each web page on the site.

Question
What are some of the best QA testing tools. The tool should include some basic functions, such as: notifying parties if unexpected results occur. The expected results should be customizable (i.e., click on webpage A, if there is no line in the response, “My intranet portal” in it, inform the relevant parties).

Try TestPla n. I used it to configure very complex and simple monitoring. It connects well to warning systems and can be easily scheduled using cron or other tools. Basic tests are very easy to write.
