Create a custom button with an image in the interface builder

Question

How to create a button with images for normal and selected states in the interface builder for cocoa application? I need a button, like a custom button in cocoa -touch, and provide graphics for the default states and selected states. Again, this is for a pure Mac application not for the iPhone.

Disable its border property and set its image (normal) and alternate image (highlighted).
