Tracking IP address and country name (asp.net)?

Question

Yesterday I saw a site on which the site lists the IP address and name of the country, stating that I recently visited the participants (a list of IP addresses with the name of the country, the name of the city). May I find out how I can track this information, any link or any code. Thanks.

in essence, you need a new simple 900KB ip database for a country to use this method from https://lite.ip2location.com/

in my experience old dll (2008), like https://worlddomination.codeplex.com/ , didn't work and returned null for countries like Iran
