Both CRM and CRM programming are good books, but make sure you check your CRM version before buying these books, as there are a few new things added in the 2011 version (the dynamic list is one of the most important).
The book I like best is step by step. It is much more practical for me (others may vary) also get a 30-day free trial of dynamic CRM from here to practice β CRM.DYNAMICS.COM
I'm in the same boat as you. Just started working with CRM and should learn all this in a few weeks. Another good way - > PluralSight / CRM . Again a free trial, although they are so good that I ended up with a paid account.
