I think that the first time you start Visual Studio 2010, it will automatically do this for you. After I finished installing the new VS, I opened my color scheme from VS2008.

Import and Export Options
Export selected environment settings
Options - Environment - Fonts and Colors

Then import them into the same menu in 2010.
