Most Useful Explorer Shell Extensions

Question

I would like to know which of the most common (and useful) shell extensions you use as developers. I bet the list has the following, but I would like to know what others you added:

• Tortoise svn
• Turtle Hg
• Turtle XXX (Git, CVS, whatever)

Any others worth mentioning?
