How to unmount iPhone application on the projector

Question

What is the best way to demonstrate the iPhone application on a projector?
Preferably without jailbreaking and without using a separate camera to record the iPhone screen, which can restrict movement?

With the release of iOS 5, you can use the Apple Digital AV Adapter or VGA Adapter to display the contents of the iPad 2 or iPhone 4S on a projector or other external display.

Using the simulator will be easier.

You can try the document camera if you need to demonstrate functions not available in the simulator.

The way to do this is not really resolved, so you see different places trying in different ways. Even in negotiations on Apple iPhone technology, speakers use a rather crappy projection solution.

Perhaps it would be better to think about the demo version (Revision3 seems to have a very good setup), and then play the video instead of a live demo.

Hopefully Apple will release everything they do during Keynotes.

There is a great video demonstrating how to do this here . However, just remember that if you “accidentally” send an application to the AppStore with support enabled, you will probably reject it immediately.

I had a similar problem. In my case, I want a demonstration of my application behind a gotomeeting session in one of our meeting rooms. The meeting room is equipped with a PC, and I also like the demonstration from the device.

Usually we use the Reflector application for demo purposes, it works very well. Only you have to buy a license to use.
