Can I duplicate my nodes in Drupal? (to change them a little later)

My client should add several nodes with the same content (except for one image), and he would prefer not to fill the same content several times for each similar node.

Use Node clone for this. Here is a quote about it (from the module project page):

... allows users to make a copy of an existing site content element (a node) and then edit that copy. The authorship is set to the current user, menu and aliases url reset, and the words "Clone of" are inserted into the title to remind you that you are not editing the original content.
