Show tabs for buffers in carbon emacs?

How can I get a tabbed carbon emacs interface that matches a single-tab-buffer similar to Aquaemacs ( http://aquamacs.org/ )?

In fact, you can take tabbar.el from Aquaemacs . It is not guaranteed to work with any other emacs option, but I was lucky with Windows and Mac (Carbon and Cocoa). So this will work for you too.

(require 'tabbar) (tabbar-mode 1)
