How to reach Bing cards like InfoWindow on Google Maps?

I am using Google Maps v3.

I really like the InfoWindows found in Bing, unlike Google.

Question How can I copy Bing as InfoWindows when using Google Maps v3?

UPDATE . To be more specific, what I like about Bing InfoWindows includes:
- The pointer dynamically changes sides to the left / right / bottom / top, unlike Google, limited only to the InfoWindow pointer at the bottom
- Bing InfoWindows uses less space
- You can configure Bing InfoWindows to pop up outside the borders of the maps so you don't have to auto-configure the map to display the InfoWindow marker

Check google-maps-utility-library-v3 . In particular, check out the InfoBox . This allows you to style the infobox, but you want to, although you have to create styles yourself. I do not think that you can display the info box outside the map view window, but you can turn off autostart.
