I am creating the first in its class Entity Framework 4 application that uses SQL CE as a data warehouse. Everything is fine until I call ObjectContext.SaveChanges() to save the changes to the model objects. At this point, SaveChanges () throws a System.Data.UpdateException exception with an internal exception message that reads as follows:
Server keys and server-generated values are not supported by SQL Server Compact.
I am completely puzzled by this post. Any idea what is happening and how to fix it? Thanks.
