How can I say that ILMerge is used

I would like to know if the assembly is the result / result of using ILMerge on two different assemblies. No matter how insignificant it is, if I have to disassemble the IL, I am ready to do it. Is there anything that could indicate that the author of the assembly used ILMerge?
