What is the best way to disinfect with subversion?

I try to use the bisect command in git extensively. Now I want to do the same in the subversion repository. What is the best way to deposit a subversion repository?

Converting the svn repository to git is not an option, because it is quite large, and the svn server is a slow dog - it will take several days to convert.
