Assuming this looks like a multiplicity: this is a typo or some kind of conversion error. According to the UML specification, the upper bound of the multiplicity is of type UnlimitedNatural and
LiteralUnlimitedNatural is displayed either as a sequence of numbers, or as an asterisk (*), where the asterisk indicates unlimited (rather than infinity).
