Ad-hoc distribution odyssey - invalid signer

I am fully aware of how billions are and how to discuss a forum on this. Because I could not find the solution that I am writing here.

Typical situation: I want an employee to test my application. I was thinking about the distribution of Ad-Hoc. I followed all kinds of textbooks. But I always get a "valid subscriber" in iTunes.

Basically:

1) have distribution certification, which works like a charm for downloading applications in iTunes; 2) add my friend’s iPhone UUID to the portal 3) use the same application identifier that I have used so far for AppStore xxxxxx. * So that in the Bundle ID I can insert, as always for appstore, com.mydomain.nameoftheapp 4) create a provision file, distribution where I check my and my friend iPhone 5) add it to xCode by dragging it to the icon in the dock stations 6) create Entitlements.plist and remove from it the only field in it 6) create a copy of Release, named Distribution and configure it 7) leave the parameters intact in PROJECT 8) in TARGET add Entitlements.plist to the Code permissions and initialization file (which there is black, not gray) under any OS device, leaving an empty identification of the signature to Yes 9) Add an icon, as always, PNG 57x57

Now I clear all the goals, and then build. Drag and drop both the mobile device provisioning file and the .app file to iTunes. Instead of sending it to my friend, I'm trying to use my iPhone. But the mistake is always the same. Unable to install due to invalid signer ...

Could you help me? I can provide you screenshots and anything that can help ...

Thank you very much! Fabio

I had the same problem described in this post from the Apple Developer Forum solved this for me:

  • Remove all versions of the application from iTunes.
  • Drag and drop the mobile device provisioning file into iTunes (nothing seems to have happened, but continue)
  • Sync iPhone (nothing should look different again)
  • Drag the app to iTunes
  • Sync iPhone a second time.

Good luck
