Unable to click or select input in IE 8 Form

So basically the work on this problem has been taking too long, and none of what I'm doing seems to fix the problem.

Basically, if you go to http://www.completeenergy.co.uk and click on the "Get Quote" button, then try entering details into the form; nothing happens. You cannot click on the inputs and select anything on the form. This is similar to IE7 and IE8.

Any ideas as to why this will happen when all other browsers are working fine?

Well, I seem to have accidentally met a criminal. There were some weird conflicting issues resulting from using jquery pngfix. I made it so that only versions below IE 7 can use it and the arrow, it starts working again.

Thanks for the help.

not sure, but it worked fine for me in IE8. Do you have any toolbars?

This common problem usually occurs due to a z-index error in IE. Try to give relative positioning of the input and assign a higher z-index.

I clicked on the form on the company’s intranet website and nothing happened.

The default intranet puts IE in compatibility mode, so the form was broken.

You can use edge compatibility in your browser or with HTML , and IE like modern browsers.
