"uninitialized Authlogic constant"

Just followed the Authlogic tutorial. When I try to run the application, I get "uninitialized constant Authlogic". After searching, I see that this is related to gems / plugins, but I can not find a solution.

Is it in your environment.rb file? If so, have you rebooted the server?

If you use Rails 3, is it in the Gemfile and have you rebooted the server?
