Will WPF tape work on a machine without an office?

I looked at http://wpf.codeplex.com/ and found a feed control that found my needs. I was wondering if it requires any licenses for Office, etc. By machine, or it just requires a DLL toolkit.

Is Win-7 required or compatible with XP machine?

The tape has no dependence on the office, it just draws with this style. You have everything with or without an office.

As for another question, it depends on the structure up to the WPF level installed independently of the OS, including XP. Pretty soon, you'll want this to be WPF4 because of the much better rendering of IMO images.
