Sql Server 2008 Express Edition Licensing

I am deploying a web application on a server (hosting company). The application uses the Sql Server 2008 Express Edition as a database. As you can see from the license agreement, this state is fine, as Microsoft says:

β€œAll editions of SQL Server Express are free downloads that can be redistributed according to agreement. Each edition can have both a client database and a core database. Any version of SQL Server Express is the ideal choice for ISVs ), server users, non-professional developers, web developers, website hosts, and hobbyists who create client applications ... "

I have not seen any specific reference to this case. Do you have any experience with this? Are there any problems with the license?

No, no licensing issues at all - SQL Server 2008 Express is FREE to use, deploy, install - and can be used for any kind of hobby or commercial application - no restrictions.
