What are your recommendations for managing translation in crowdsource?

Question

I am looking for a website translation crowdsourcing tool.

Some generous translators volunteered to help, so I want to provide them with a tool to use that will make their work as simple as possible. Ideally, the tool / application will be free or have a small charge.

Ideally, I need a translation system that will simplify export to YAML or any other format (the website is built on Ruby on Rails).

If you answer, indicate whether you have experience using the tool you are offering or not.

So far, this is what I found:

http://99translations.com , http://getlocalization.com , and Facebook Translations, which allows you to use the Facebook community to translate your website.

I am going to transfer to Facebook, as this is most suitable for my situation. I am trying to write a Rails plugin to make it easier to use, if I do, I will try to remember to refresh this page with a link to it.
