How do I specify the "accessed" attribute in a Bibtex file when quoting URLs using IEEE?

According to the IEEE citation style reference, if we specify URLs, the URL access time must also be specified.

Does anyone know how to indicate this when using BibTeX?

You can find the ieeetran bibtex style at the link. Although the “access time” field is missing, for many types of documents there is a “note” field that may suit your purpose.

You can check the changed styles styles on urlbst . This is what I usually use, although I enter the lastchecked field manually in the .bib file.
