How to start studying oracle forms and reports?

I have a complete sql and plsql course and I want to start learning about oracle forms and reports so I want to know how to start and what I need (books, websites ..)

First, make an Oracle Forms installation for yourself, which you can use for testing and experimentation. Forms are now part of Oracle Fusion Middleware and require the installation of WebLogic Server.
