Is there a free diff tool for PowerBuilder?

I know a couple of PowerBuilder diff tools that are shareware. But are there any free or open versions?

You can watch the PBL Peeper. It had a comparison function, in addition to many other features:

Your version control system must have some kind of diff utility. There are various free ones that should work if they support the SCC API.

If you want to see diffs of PB objects outside of source control, you can export the object. Exporting PB has different file name extensions, but they are text files, and you can use any diff PB tool to compare items.
