Web Deployment Projects for Visual Studio 2005 - Can't Find a Plugin on MSDN?

Question

The Visual Studio 2005 web deployment project plugin was here:

Now this only happens on the ASP.NET homepage, and I'm out of luck with this Google Googling (or ... Binging?). Does anyone know if it is available for download anywhere?

Visual Studio 2005 has the "SP1" service pack, which includes a web deployment project.

Also, note that this installation of SP1 REALLY takes a long time.
