Ajax wcf service not working for me

Question

I have a web application that uses a wcf service with support for ajax Service.scv .... I worked yesterday yesterday ... But when I started the application now ... It gives me an error

 500 Internal Server Error 

When I checked through firebug, I saw this,

 http://localhost:1482/CR-F/Service.svc/js 500 Internal Server Error 

Why is this happening, I'm missing something ... Any suggestion ...

EDIT:

Removing temporary ASP.Net files solved the problem ....

I also had this on a dev machine, and deleting temporary files was fixed ... Also a great tool for wcf diagnostics (especially for calling ajax, where 500 Server Error is used not so much) is to use SvcTraceViewer.exe. For example, in this case, the logs would point you to the asp.net temp folders ...
