How to set up yaws yapp?

I am struggling with the creation of yapp for Yaws. Can someone provide a link to the documentation or a copy to insert a short example here?

Sorry this is a rather vague question, but I more or less lost :-)

Assuming you checked the Yaws yapp page (be sure to “make documents” in the yaws / applications / yapp directory of the extracted files) yawn posted a couple of useful “make it work” wiki entries.
