Is there a “mac address” on the mobile phone that makes each mobile phone different?

In other words, whether there is an identifier for each mobile phone - this makes it different.

Two phones cannot have the same identifier. (I'm talking about smartphones ... Android, iphone, etc.)

Phones have MAC addresses on WiFi interfaces, but the cellular interface has something called IMEI , which performs roughly the same function.

It should be noted that IMEI is associated with a physical device / phone, unlike IMSI, which is associated with a SIM card and, therefore, with a client account. You don’t know how you could access from the application running on the phone, assuming what you are doing.
