Create custom field types with advanced column settings

Question

I am trying to create a custom field type that is the same as the Multiple lines of text field with the following optional:

• It has one additional text field in the Additional Column Settings section when creating a question.

• When visualizing a question, the value in the text box should appear as a link in front of the text box

Does anyone know how I can achieve this?
