Is there a CLI for CCRC version 7.0.1

Question

Is there a command line interface (CLI) for version 7.0.1 of the ClearCase Remote Client (CCRC)?

only the CLI CLRC information that I can find seems relevant only for version 7.1. I tried to download this, but it does not work with version 7.0.1. (and this is not surprising since 7.0.1 is not indicated as compatible).

So, is it possible to interact with CCRC through command line / shell scripts?

Firstly, I confirm that you cannot have a CCRC 7.1 client with cCRC 7.0.x server. You will go to the logs:

As I experienced 15 days ago;) (And that was between 7.1.0 server and 7.1.1 client ...)

As this thread (or this one ) was mentioned, CLI CLRC is strictly a 7.1 effort announced during the IBM Rational Software Conference 2009 (see slide 10), with:

• ClearWaN (CLRC CLI) is only available in message 7.1 (2009, end of 2009, as it turned out)
• The CM API (Java-based) is only for web views in 2009, web and dynamic views in 2010, and all types of Inn 2011 types.
