Using HtmlUnit / HttpUnit under GAE

Question

I am trying to load the DOM of web pages in my application (runs on the Google App Engine) using HtmlUnit, HttpUnit or any similar library.

Could anyone do something like this?

HtmlUnit 2.8 supports GAE in accordance with the release notes.

There is a patch that will be used to fill this need, although it doubts that it will land in the next version (2.8)
