Breakdown of google engine query log

Here is an example line from one of the app apps for a python application in the "Logs" section of the admin console, filtered to "Request only":

01-22 07:19PM 55.483 /zone/5 200 82ms 161cpu_ms 115api_cpu_ms 0kb Mozilla/5.0 (Windows; U; W...

Is there an explanation somewhere in the columns?

Here is what interests me:

Column 3: 55.483 - I assume it is seconds in the date, but it is strange that after "PM"

Column 6: At first I thought it was time to service the answer, but here 82 ms are less than 161cpu_ms and 115api_cpu_ms, and what this time?

Column 9: 0kb - I assume this is the size of the response. Our answer is less than 1 kilobyte for this request, so I assume they round down.

Column 6: this is the time for an answer. The reason that the processor time is longer is due to the fact that many operations are parallelized. What are you doing in this request? A CPU is a common processor used to generate a request.

Column 9: it probably rounds less and more whole truncations.
