Where is the "Class Actions" in the "Object Identification" panel in the "Interface Builder"?

I thought I had enough experience in developing for the iPhone, but I'm starting the iPhone course at Stanford in the very first video .

(38 minutes)

The teacher drags the NSO into MainWindow.xib. And when he checks the Object in the Identity Inspector (Cmd-4), the sections Actions with classes and Outputs of classes appear.

However, they do not appear to me, just the identity of the classes and the identity Builder interface ... Where did they go?

The Builder interface has recently changed some changes. Go to the classes in the library panel, select the object from the upper half that you want to check, and in the lower half of the screen there are tabs for Lineage, Definitions, Outlets and Actions.

In the library panel, find the Segmented button, click on the classes. Find NSObject or any other class that you would like to subclass. Right-click and "New Subclass ...", name it something useful in the pop-up menu, for example, the controller / AppController. Find the new class in the class list. Now add all your actions / exits to the bottom of the library panel. Thanks to the convolution, I would never have found this. (Just thought I would expand on this tip).

I will finally solve my problem in the same way as you. I used to use an earlier version of IB, which is 3.1. And I can access the "Classes and Classes Actions" sections in the "Tools -> Identifier" panel. But after I select another macbook (which IB has updated to version 3.2.1), I have to access the corresponding section "Library Panel" โ†’ "Classes" โ†’ select the specified object, then go to the bottom of the panel (as shown in Convolution).
