Can we check the push notification in the simulator?

I want to know that we can get a push notification on the simulator or not. Also I need something like this to tell me, if possible. The application opens unregistered for push notification and when the application completes registration for push notification.

IPhone Simulator cannot receive push notifications or register successfully for them.
