Does anyone know about the blacklisted phone numbers (for telemarketing) API

Question

I am going to do telemarketing spam on my phone. I was wondering if anyone knows about an API or service that allows me to request a phone number against a list of known spammers. Ultimately, I would like to be able to add a number, but this is not so important.

Easy for email, why not phone numbers?

There is an Android app that displays information about white pages when a call arrives. This usually allows you to decide whether to allow voicemail to accept your call.

(I assume there is an API, and here is the application: http://blog.whitepages.com/category/whitepages-mobile/ .)

If you just want to implement your own list of blocks, Google Voice can do this, or you can write a quick script on your phone (via an Android script).

You might want to use non-call lists, but you can do something about this:
