Unfortunately, I do not know any printed periodicals except MacTech. I have filled this gap with several other forms of electronic media. I know that you were looking for printed materials, but I will pass on some of my saturation methods like Mac dev.
First, on the book front, nothing is better than an O'Reilly Safari subscription . From here, you can stay on top of all the latest developments, Mac developments, and iPhone development books. My favorite for Mac development, of course, is Cocoa® Programming for Mac® OS X, third edition from Aaron Hillegass.
Second, for relatively static link sites, you certainly have an Apple development site - but another good user sponsored site is CoocaDev .
Thirdly, for more dynamic and consistent information, you need to follow several blogs from Apple employees and indie software developers. There are many great blogs out there, but some of my favorites (and active ones) to get you started:
Then, for the most interactive experience, irc is the place where you can get quick answers and often hide behind some interesting information (and, of course, help others) - go to irc.freenode.net - the following numbers matter:
macdev
macosxdev
cocoadev
Objc
cocoa
iphonedev
A lot of great info is available for Mac developers!
