Is there a good AddIn for Visual Studio that will launch msbuild targets?

Question

One of the things that I like about the Java IDE is that they usually have the ability to allow the user to right-click on the Ant file and launch one of the targets.

I have an msbuild file in my solution that is used to transfer the application database, and it will kill to be able to right-click it, select "update" or "rollback" and run it.

In my search, nothing appeared that was intended to run inside VS2008, just a shell extension for Windows Explorer.

Has anyone seen such an animal there?

As far as I know, such a supplement does not exist.

But there is MSBuild Sidekick , which is a standalone application.

Perhaps the batch file with the msbuild.exe command line will be useful. Easy to write, easy to debug, works instantly;)
