Is there a way to find the last modified date of an embedded resource in .NET?

Does anyone know a way to do this (at runtime)?

I'm not sure I can describe much more in the description than is already indicated in the title, but if you feel like I missed something, say it!

The .resx file itself must have a modified date associated with it, but you cannot get the modified date of individual resources inside this file.
