Is there a way to display tooltips in crystals or SSRS

I have a report to create that has many different fields showing different results. Since these numbers are not intuitive, I need some mechanism to display a balloon over the balloon when the user hovers over or clicks on the number.

I am open to Crystal or SSRS reports. I will simply limit myself to the free releases that ship with visual studio 2008.

Any help or advice is appreciated.

Crystal Reports also supports tooltip text. Right-click on the field, select "Field Format ...", then the "General" tab. Enter a static value in the "tool tip text" field or click the button to the right of the field and enter a conditional formula that will calculate the value.
