Scroll table header

Question

How do you have a UITableView where the title view remains fixed but the rows do not overlap the section title? With my table, while scrolling through the rows, the title is fixed, but when scrolling through the rows, the title slides along the name of the section. Is it possible to scroll through the lines without going under the section heading?

I updated the viewForHeaderInSection method to set the background color to gray. It used to be clear, so the lines seemed to scroll under the section heading. When the color changes, the title stays in place and the lines are not displayed.
