Editing multiple entries in Jabref

Is there a way to edit multiple Jabref entries? For instance. add the same data to an empty field, such as "keywords", from multiple files?

Answer 1

Yes there is. Select the entries you want to change, then select "Tools"> "Set / Clear Fields" in the menu bar. This will bring up a dialog with a hint about which field and what value (also with the "clear" option). There is also a flag that allows you to set only an empty field to a specific value.
