LibTomCrypt and LibTomMath - development status?

LibTomCrypt in the past seemed like a very viable and useful option for encryption. And the associated LibTomMath can be a useful math library. But lately, I do not see any developments in this, and this is ambiguous as to what the "current" website is for him. For example:.

As far as I know, the author refused to develop both libraries; any volunteer can freely select a code and support it. Apparently, this has not happened (yet).
