TIC READ ERROR on Mac OSX Sierra

Question

When I run my application on OSX 10.12, I see this error in the log, although my application is still functioning fine:

Googling shows that several people report this to other applications, but there is no explanation of what this error means. What does “TIC” mean in Sierra? Trusted Internet Connection? "Text input console"? Tyrannosaurus Incoming Comet?

TIC expands to TCP I / O connection, which is a subsystem in CFNetwork that starts a TCP connection.
