Rspec / Capybara is loading, the circular requires consideration of harmful

Not sure if this is a Capybara problem, but I just did a new install of Rails (4.1.1) and Rspec Rails (3.0.1), and I would like to use Capybara (2.3.0), but I never used it, I run into problems . I created a “spec” in spec / features, and the specification itself starts and passes as expected, but I get the following “warnings” when rspec starts. Any ideas? Do I just need to turn off ruby ​​level warnings or something like that?

Remove --warnings from .rspec . The generator in rspec 3.0.0 enabled this setting, but we realized that it was a mistake - although it is useful to encourage users to write code without warning, it confuses users to receive these warnings, not knowing why.
